Mike and Kim Clinard started Clinard Properties in 2014 to develop premier retail centers in significant master-planned communities. Mike and Kim have a family of five — Madie, Kait, and Jack, plus our recent addition, Trevor, who married Madie in 2019.
Before Clinard Properties, Mike spent 18 years at Cardtronics (NASDAQ: CATM), the global leader in managing self-service financial kiosks. Mike started with Cardtronics at the beginning of their ATM venture in 1997 and was instrumental in the growth and success of the company, with revenues well over $1 billion and a market value as high as $2+ billion.
He served as Chief Operating Officer and President of Global Services. Mike has also served on various boards (some as chairman) throughout his career including Cardtronics, Cardtronics Mexico, Cardtronics Canada, the ATM Industry Association, Moleculin, a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company, and Ace Gathering, a first crude oil purchaser.
